What is important information to give Combined Care Center prior to treatment?
Are you on blood thinning medication, including aspirin, Coumadin (Warfarin), Plavix, Sinthrome, Xarelto, Eloquis, or Ticlid?
Are you on steroidal or non-steroidal anti-inflammatories?
Are you pregnant?
Are you allergic to any medications?
Is the site of treatment infected?
Do you have a seizure disorder?
Do you have a pacemaker?
Have you had a recent heart attack or vaccination?
